Agueda Gras-Velazquez - Science Programme Manager of European Schoolnet (EUN)

Target: teachers of all school levels.

Integrated STEM teaching reflects our lives more than teaching individual disciplines. But teaching in an integrated way is not easy and requires a lot more collaboration and time to learn how to do it. During this webinar we will share what support can teachers expect from Scientix, the community for science education in Europe, sources of resources, example from other teachers, learning scenarios, especially those for virtual classes; the steps the STE(A)M IT project is taking to develop a European STEM teaching framework; and how it all fits together to ensure schools in Europe and the world, are able to develop their own STEM strategies and become STEM Schools.

Dr Agueda Gras-Velazquez (Astrophysicist / Management) is the Science Programme Manager of European Schoolnet (EUN). As Head of the Science Education Department at EUN, she oversees the coordination of all the Mathematics and Science projects in which EUN is involved.
